Coaching and Workshops
Our consultants work with managers, staff and individuals to identify their work/life priorities, develop their goals and implement an action plan which is measurable and achievable.
We use the ‘Achieving Balance – Work/Life Planner as the foundation of our group workshops as well as being an integeral component of the one-on-one coaching sessions which are facilitated face-to-face or, via video conferencing with a member of our consulting team.
Most clients will require a number of sessions (usually one hour in duration), however, as each client’s needs are different, the schedule will be negotiated between client and consultant.
