Work/Life Coaching 

Finding a way to achieve the perceived nirvana of work/life balance can be challenging and confronting. Just taking the first step of admitting there is a problem, especially where personal issues, workload stress and conflicting priorities is a huge barrier to moving forward and taking action

To assist staff and individuals who need to:

  • change the way they manage their work/life responsibilities,
  • develop skills in managing their time and priorities,
  • change behaviours,
  • build support at home and at work,

Coaching and Workshops

Our consultants work with managers, staff and individuals to identify their work/life priorities, develop their goals and implement an action plan which is measurable and achievable.

We use the ‘Achieving Balance – Work/Life Planner as the foundation of our group workshops as well as being an integeral component of the one-on-one coaching sessions which are facilitated face-to-face or, via video conferencing with a member of our consulting team.mwlb-home-generic2 2012

Most clients will require a number of sessions (usually one hour in duration), however, as each client’s needs are different, the schedule will be negotiated between client and consultant.
