Each organisation has its own particular culture, leadership and work-styles, and business priorities. We work with you to identify the best way to create the changes you want to make in the areas of work/life strategies and programs, flexible work arrangements and diversity management. The initial stage in most projects is for both the client and consultant to gain a better undertsanding of what needs to be achieved, what success will look like, and the challenges that need to be overcome to meet the needs of staff and the business.
We use a variety of methodologies to analyse your situation and develop recommendations that meet your needs. These often include:
- Face-to-face interviews
- Structured focus groups
- Work/Life surveys
- Online Pulse surveys
- Flexibility audit
- Policy review.
Recommendations are presented as part of an overall report that shows both qualitative and quantitative data, illustrated with easy to understand graphs and tables. Wherever possible, we will segment the data by demographic groups (age, gender, work location, etc.). Strengths and opportuntites for action will be highlighted and linked with the strategic goals of the business.
An action plan which includes both short and long-term strategies is developed in conjunction with the Client/Project Leader. We work with our clients to facilitate 'ownership' by Executives and Managers of the ongoing change management strategy.
