Work/Life Coaching and Support for Staff

Finding a way to achieve the perceived nirvana of work/life balance can be challenging and confronting. Just taking the first step of admitting there is a problem, especially where personal issues, workload stress and conflicting priorities is a huge barrier to moving forward and taking action

To assist staff who need to:

  • change the way they manage their work/life balance responsibilities,
  • develop skills in managing their time and priorities,
  • change behaviours,
  • build support at home and at work,

our consultants can help by conducting either one-on-one coaching sessions or facilitate small group workshops, Please call us to discuss your specific needs.

Work/Life Coaching

We work with managers and staff to identify their work/life priorities, develop their goals and implement an action plan which is measurable and achievable. We use the ‘Achieving Balance – Work/Life Planner’.

This resource is also used as the foundation of our group workshops. The Work/Life Planner can be used as a self-directed planner or in conjunction with the one-on- one coaching sessions which are facilitated face-to-face or, via video conferencing.

Most clients will require a number of sessions (usually one hour in duration), however, as each client’s needs are different, the schedule will be negotiated between client and consultant.
